Did u read abt d education minister saying to make it mandatory for a student to score 80% marks in class 12th in order to take admission in IIT(or rather to appear for JEE????)...
As a person who has passed out frm one of d top notch public schools of d city,i shud not c it as a matter of discomfort as evry odd student in d school scores 80%(or rather 90%) in boards....
But wen i try to c it frm a broader perspective,i find myself in a state of falling out and i think most of us wud agree on tht....
In CBSE,it is a piece of cake to score 80% marks and in ICSE it is even facile.....but just luk at MP,BIHAR and UP board results,u wil get it all.....
I tell u for a fact d result of UP board in 2008 was 63% and dat of MP board was arnd 55%(not quite sure).....in BIHAR it was just 33%....
i m just talking abt d passing percentage....wen u wil try to find out d number of students who scored 80%....d % wud fall down to numbers(dat 2 in hundreds,exaggerating?????)...
How can u expect 80% frm d students wen deir board isnt passing 2/3 rd of d students???....dey neither hav enogh schools to study nor hav d facilities....deir govt is just too busy in building STATUES.....
I personally think dat KAPIL SIBBAL shud 1st try to improve d basic infrastructure of education in d country, try open more and quality schools, improve d education standards, try and find out y d results r so absymal in sum boards, educate d state govts towards d importance of education and den talk such impractical things....
I mean how can such an intelligent person talk such rubbish.....
I undrstand dat d basic aim is to curb d fast growing coaching instituitions and to improve d knowledge system in schools hampered by dese coachings, which is quite applaudable, but dis aint a way to do tht....
Kapil Sibbal shud undrstand dat majority of indian population still lives in villages, whr d students dun even hav schools to study, how wil dey score such percentage of marks or rather b equivalent to those studyin in gud public schools....
Dis is d 1st issue on which i m in agreement wid MAYAWATI(thogh her repudiation is political)...
But d final take is in d hands of d IIT commitee, which i belev wud not take an action which wud shatter d dreams of millions and d billions associated wid dem....
Finally sumthin on which CHINAand INDIA hav hit a concord.....d agreement is to stand against d developed countries as dey r trying to suppress d developing countries(India and China) to agree to d emission levels of carbon set by UN....
Now consider dis thing,d developed countries lyk US,UK,JAPAN etc hav been emitting uncontrolled and gargaunton amounts of carbon frm d last 100 yrs into d environment, now as dey hav reached d stage whr dey dun need to emit such levels, dey want evrybody to curb down.....fuck man...
How can a country whose per capita emission figure is 20 times lesser dan tht of US b bounded by compulsory emmisions target set by any protocol of d UN Framework Convention on Climatic Change(UNFCCC)....
I agree,CHINA and INDIA r d 3rd and 4th largest polluters respectively, but just luk at d proportion of world population dey share, plus dey both r on d path of development.....dis emission cut wud definately hamper deir economic interests....
Dis agreement also marks d re-emergence of common ground dat INDIA and CHINA found at d 1996 Montreal Protocol, when dey pressured rich countries to pay up to phase out chemicals dat depleted d OZONE layer....
Its gud to c 2 of d future's biggest economies come together for a common cause and benefit
Go for COPENHAGEN,only u 2 can make it succeed....
For all dose who r waiting for moi review(lol)....u shudnt hav waited for if u planned to go fo it,bcoz u wil not go fo it afta listening to moi review....
Its a PATHETIC movie, one of d WORST movies i hav ever seen in a cinema hall.....
U wil wonder wat prompted u to c it......starting wid AKSHAY,he was okay......SANJAY DUTT lukd horrible....corpulent and lethargic....and all dose who want to watch it fo seeing LARA(as i did) wil feel disappointed as dere isnt anythin to watch otha dan wat is shown in d promos....
ZAYED was as usual dumb, wonder y he is still in acting.....
No story line watsoever......bakwaas suspense.....all of d stunts r copied frm hollywood flicks, infact most of d stunts r frm TORQUE.....
Moi rating-0.5/5....
so how was ur DIWALI guys.....hope u all enjoyd it....
Exams r drawing closer....
Below is d answer paper of d AIM-MCAT 06.....and one more question paper
Sandy began a job as an elementary school counselor and she was eager to help. One day during recess she noticed a girl standing by herself on one side of a playing field while the rest of the kids enjoyed a game of soccer at the other.
Sandy approached and asked if she was all right.
The girl said she was.
A little while later, however, Sandy noticed the girl was in the same spot, still by herself.
Approaching again, Sandy offered, "Would you like me to be your friend?" The girl hesitated, then said, "Okay," looking at the woman suspiciously.
Feeling she was making progress, Sandy then asked, "Why are you standing here all alone?" "Because," the little girl said with great exasperation, "I'm the goalie!"

"I have great admiration for IIT and their coaches.they don't get the type of players that the rest of the conference gets, but they came back to take the lead against us in the second half. There is no quit in those kids, and I admire them for that."

A lot has been written and talked about women empowerment. People see just one side of the coin, have they ever thought what our MEN go through because of this. Lets see 10 common problems due to rising focus on women empowerment- 1) The increasing demand for female reservation in Parliament. The men feel that the ever confined BHABHIS, BAHUS, BETIS will show their raula now. Also, everybody knows hat parliament stands for high decibel levels and there are very few Smriti Iranis in the country. 2) The men in Rajasthan feel discriminated as the women have got 30% concession in Sarkari buses. This has another side to it- the ever confined BHABHIS, BAHUS, BETIS have started going to their MAAYKA more often. 3) The increasing viewership of youtube channels like GIRLIYAPA in which the quintessential character wali ladkiyan are abusing like men. The men are fearful that the ever confined BHABHIS, BAHUS, BETIS will turn their homes into LOC. 4) Indian People have always
In this hullabaloo over INTOLERANCE we have forgotten what defines us the most- TOLERANCE. So, first lets see some of the BIGGEST TOLERANCES of our nation and its people. 1) Even after having 2-4 mbps speed, if d service doesnt work well, we avoid it, that is called tolerance. 2) Despite being one of the followers of Swatchh Bharat Abhiyan, we tend to close our eyes to others littering on the roads, that is tolerance. 3) If terrorists attack, we talk of retribution and break of ties with our neighbour, but when maoists attack and kill more security personnel than the terrorists we hardly raise any voice, that is also tolerance. 4) We go to government offices expecting to wait for 2 hours for a 2 min work, and return back home happily if the work got completed in 1 hour, that is tolerance. 5) We share the flag of France when Paris is attacked in solidarity, but show our tolerance when the same happens to us in Pathankot. 6) People like Radhe Maa and Asaaram make fool of us, but
